Selected work

Growth that compounds.

Four projects across functional food, wellness, sleep and fine jewellery. Brands are unnamed to respect client confidentiality. The numbers and work are real. We're happy to share the full context on a call.

Case 01 · Functional health food

The category had to be explained before it could be sold.

Paid adsCreativeCROQuick commerce

The situation

A high-protein staple food brand selling on its own store, marketplaces and quick commerce. Demand existed, but shoppers had to understand a new product before adding it to a basket. Ad spend grew faster than the ads could explain the product. The cost of winning each customer kept rising.

What we ran

  • Organised campaigns by how ready shoppers were to buy. New visitors and interested shoppers no longer competed for the same budget.
  • Moved the product benefit into the first three seconds of every ad — the category needed teaching, not another lifestyle shot.
  • Kept testing ad openings and messages, with clear rules for stopping weak ads. Used the winners to shape new ads.
  • Improved product pages and checkout so visitors from ads weren't lost at the last step.

Case 02 · Wellness, practitioner-led

Lead volume was never the problem. Lead quality was.

Paid adsLanding pagesOffer designCRM

The situation

A wellness brand built around a named practitioner. Revenue came from booked consultations, so time spent on leads who weren't a fit cost the team hours. Improving ads alone would have brought more of those leads at a lower cost.

What we ran

  • Reworked the offer and landing pages together, so the pages set expectations the consultation could meet.
  • Screened leads before the sales call to check they were a fit.
  • Changed who saw each campaign and what the ads said, based on the problem each group wanted to solve.
  • Connected emails and customer records to keep in touch with leads who weren't ready to book yet.

Case 03 · Sleep, considered purchase

Paid was renting traffic that organic should have owned.

Paid adsSEOContentCRO

The situation

A sleep and mattress brand with high order values and shoppers who took time to decide. Competitors bid heavily on product and brand searches. Ads paid for every stage of the buying journey, even shoppers already looking for the brand. The average cost of winning a customer was stuck.

What we ran

  • Planned ads and search content together, using the same research into what shoppers searched for and why.
  • Built comparisons and buying guides for shoppers researching their options, when they were making the buying decision.
  • Spent less on search ads where content could rank, and used the budget to reach new shoppers.
  • Improved product and comparison pages to give shoppers who needed more time a reason to return.

Case 04 · Fine jewellery

A category sold on desire and trust, not discounts.

SocialCreativeInfluencerPaid ads

The situation

A fine jewellery brand with high order values. Buyers needed to trust the maker before spending. Discount ads would have cheapened the brand without winning the sale.

What we ran

  • Built social content around craft, detail and how the jewellery is made — the things that earn trust.
  • Tested ideas through unpaid posts. Turned only the messages that held attention into ads.
  • Partnered with creators and people making customer content to build trust through outside voices, rather than just reach more people.
  • Tracked saves and shares alongside clicks as early signs of interest in buying.
